Seals are formed during the cooling cycle and TOSS controls the cooling to assure perfectly repeatable seals. Hot bars provide heating, but they can’t provide the most critical part of sealing… the “Cool Down”.

Alloy20 Heatseal Bands change their resistance in direct proportion to their temperature. The controller monitors the resistance and responds in milliseconds to assure that the Heatseal Band temperature always corresponds to the programmed set point.
