The Optimum Sealing System
"The Optimum Sealing System" is achieved through the use of our rapid response, PIREG® temperature controllers working along with our TOSS Alloy-20® heat seal bands and high quality heat sealing components. Together, they create a closed-looped, variable resistance temperature control of the actual heating element. It eliminates the need for thermocouples and the inherent errors and response lag time associated with thermocouple use.
Design a TOSS System that's Right for You
PIREG temperature controllers are available in either “Panel” or “Cabinet” mount and are designed to operate independently or interface with PLC machine controls. They can be employed in a wide range of custom sealing and cutting applications including automatic form/fill/seal, manual pouch closing, fitment attachment, wrapping, web joining, and unique parts assembly where sealing or attachment is required.
Paired with custom designed TOSS Alloy-20 heat seal bands, impulse heat seal jaw bars and supplies, the TOSS system is complete.
